1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Saffron Teachings website ("Web Platform") and mobile application ("Mobile App") operated by Saffron Teachings ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Web Platform

Our web platform provides:

• Access to Buddhist meditation teachings and practices
• Daily meditation content and guidance
• Educational resources and community features
• User account management and progress tracking

Mobile Application

Our iOS mobile application provides:

• Offline access to meditation content
• Subscription-based premium features
• Progress tracking and reminders
• Synchronized experience with web platform

3. Subscription Services and Pricing

Subscription Management

All mobile app subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's Terms of Service:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period

Payment Grace Period

Refund Policy

Refunds for mobile app subscriptions are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly for App Store purchases. To request a refund:

• Contact Apple Support directly
• Use the "Report a Problem" feature in your Apple ID account
• Refunds are subject to Apple's discretion and policies

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

By posting Content to the service, You grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Maintenance and Updates

9. Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and cancel any active subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• Any data associated with your account may be deleted
• Active subscriptions will remain active until their expiration date
• You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination

Service Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude:

• All representations, warranties, obligations, and liabilities
• All liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this service

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saffron Teachings, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

For users of our iOS mobile application downloaded from Apple's App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Saffron Teachings, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for our app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
• Any claims regarding the app should be directed to Saffron Teachings
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
